GriTek’s 300mm Polished Wafer Production Line Wins Top Ten Beijing Electronics and Information Industry Achievement Award 2006

GriTek successfully fabricated the 300mm silicon monocrystal polished wafer with the self-developed technology for crystal growing, slicing, edge-grinding, lapping, polishing, cleaning, thermal treatment, and analysis and testing. 20 patents have been filed, and the first domestic pilot line for producing 300mm silicon monocrystal polished wafers has been established with a capacity of 10,000 pcs per month. The products quality has reached the world level as of the competitors, meeting the requirement of making 100nm IC, which was recognized by the IC manufacturers such as SMIC and Infenion. Recently, this production line has been awarded with 2006 top ten Beijing electronics and information industry achievement prize.
