Prof. Xing Zhang of Peking University Gives Academic Lecture

A series of academic lectures are organized as one of the celebrating activities for the 55th anniversary of GRINM. On April 28th, Prof. Xing Zhang was invited to give an academic lecture entitled “Research on Nano-size IC devices and Process”. Prof. Zhang is the deputy director of the Information Science and Technology Institute of Peking Univ. Prof. Zhang’s presentation covered the research progress in the field of semiconductors, combining both fundamental theory and emerging technologies. The lecture was warmly welcomed by the participants.
